Our June Holiday Programme covers Creative Writing, Paper 2, and Oral, along with 1-to-1 Primary 6 oral consultations for personalised support. Students will build stronger writing skills, improve accuracy in paper 2 components, and gain confidence in communication.
Information about our programmes
CREATIVE WRITING + ORAL (P3/P4/P5)
Writing:
- Aside from picking up good vocabulary from the compositions, learn how to vary your sentence structure and give your language score a boost!
- We have also distilled common writing techniques into simple principles. You'll be given the opportunity to apply these techniques as you practise writing short build ups.
- Brainstorm, plan and analyse compositions before writing your own full-length compositions.
- Get your stories reviewed by our teachers.
P3 students: Acquire the skills required to tackle two major themes that composition topics typically fall under - Action-packed & Moral Dilemma stories
P4 students: Compositions covered will fall under this very familiar theme - Unexpected Incident
P5 students: Familiarise yourself with the 6 story types and discover how to apply them into your writing! PS: Situational Writing will be covered!
Oral:
- The science behind speaking well has been broken down into simple techniques so that you too, can practise speaking in a clear and engaging manner!
- Learn how to structure your thoughts and dive deeper into your conversations as we practise Stimulus Based Conversations.
- Get on-the-spot feedback from our teachers.
Note to P5 students: This will be based on the new PSLE syllabus!
Paper 2 Classes (P5/P6)
- Understand the whys and hows by learning the rules and techniques for each component.
- Put what you have learnt into practice. With the exception of Grammar Cloze, every Paper 2 component will be covered.
Note: Visual Text will be based on the new PSLE syllabus!
Pure Oral Classes for P6 Students
- The science behind speaking well has been broken down into simple techniques so that you too, can practise speaking in a clear and engaging manner!
- Learn how to structure your thoughts and dive deeper into your conversations as we practise Stimulus Based Conversations.
- Get on-the-spot feedback from our teachers.
- This will be based on the new PSLE syllabus.
- Smaller class size of 8 pax to allow room for maximum participation!
